Description
This kit can be used to detect the GAPDH gene in rats. GAPDH is the abbreviation for glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase. GAPDH is an enzyme in glycolysis reactions, widely distributed in cells of various tissues. Rat GAPDH is often used as an internal reference gene for nucleic acid testing.
Application
This product is a rat GAPDH detection kit developed based on the principle of probe based fluorescence quantitative PCR. It has the following characteristics:
- Ready to use, users only need to provide RNA templates.
- Provide a positive control to distinguish false negative samples.
- Fast response and high sensitivity.
- This product is sufficient for 50 fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR reactions using a 20μL probe system.
- This product can only be used for scientific research.
Specimen collection
Sample RNA, ultrapure water.
