Description
This kit uses TaqMan probe method for real-time fluorescence PCR technology, designs a bovine parvovirus genome specific primer, combines with a specific probe, and uses fluorescence PCR technology to amplify and detect the DNA of bovine parvovirus genome in vitro for clinical pathogen diagnosis of suspected infected individuals.
Application
Bovine parvovirus disease is a contagious disease caused by bovine parvovirus infection. The main clinical features of this disease are reproductive dysfunction in cows and respiratory and digestive diseases in calves. The virus is mainly transmitted through oral and air routes.
This kit is suitable for detecting bovine parvovirus in samples such as diarrhea feces, mesenteric lymph nodes, liver, kidney, lung, liver, brain, testes, placenta and lymph nodes, whole blood, etc. It is used as an auxiliary diagnosis for bovine parvovirus infection.
