Description
This kit uses TaqMan probe method for real-time fluorescence PCR technology, and designs a pair of pig derived gene conserved region specific primers. Combined with a specific probe, fluorescence PCR technology is used to amplify and detect the DNA of pig derived gene conserved regions in vitro, thereby achieving rapid detection for pathogenic diagnosis of suspected infectious materials in clinical practice.
