Instructions
Weigh 33.0g of this product into 1L of distilled water or deionized water (the preparation amount can be increased or decreased proportionally), heat and boil until completely dissolved, package, sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes or 115℃ for 30 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent agar from settling at the bottom of the vessel and solidifying, cool to 50-55℃, and slowly add 5-7% sterile defatted sheep blood that has been insulated at 35℃ along the bottle wall for aseptic operation. Gently shake well, pour onto a plate, solidify, and set aside.
