Features
- Buffer composition: 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2, N preservative.
- Protein concentration: The OD280 absorbance value is generally 5mg/mL for 7-fold protein concentration, as indicated by the label.
- Preparation method: High purity IgG (including various subclasses of IgG) from healthy human serum is immunized multiple times with healthy male goats to obtain immune serum with a double diffusion titer of not less than 1:32. The serum is then purified by human IgG specific affinity and finally dissolved in buffer solution.
- Specificity: Does not bind to commonly used bovine serum albumin and casein.
- Product purity: not less than 90% based on antibodies.
Application
Suitable for rapid extraction of plant microRNA or separate extraction of microRNA/total RNA.
