Description
PBS, 10 times (Phosphate Buffered Saline), which is a 10 fold concentrated phosphate buffer solution, is a widely used equilibrium salt solution in biology and biochemistry research. After diluting 10 times, 1 x PBS phosphate buffer solution is obtained, which can be used for tissue block washing, cell rinsing, preparation of other reagents, and as a diluent for cell counting.
Product Ingredients: 27mM KCl, 20mM KH2PO4, 1.37M NaCl, 100mM Na2HPO4, pH diluted 10 times 7.3-7.5@25℃.
This product has undergone 0.1μm filtration for sterilization.
