Instructions
Weigh 58.0g of this product into 1L of distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, divide and sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes. After sterilization, shake well to prevent agar from settling at the bottom and solidifying. Set aside for later use.
Application
Used for the isolation and cultivation of anaerobic bacteria.
