Instructions
Weigh 89.0g of dry powder of TCBS agar medium, add 1L of distilled water or deionized water, stir and heat until completely dissolved, do not sterilize under high pressure, wait to cool to 50℃, pour onto a plate, and set aside after solidification.
Application
Selective isolation and cultivation of pathogenic Vibrio in the intestine, especially Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
