Instructions
Weigh 40.0g of this product into 1L of distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, divide and sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes or 115℃ for 30 minutes. After sterilization, shake well to prevent the agar from settling at the bottom of the vessel and solidifying. Set aside for later use.
Application
Used for bacterial counting and cultivation.
