Instructions

Take the total amount of culture medium, add deionized water to a volume of 1000mL, stir evenly, and adjust the pH value to 6.8 ± 0.2. Sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes or 115℃ for 20 minutes, cool the culture medium and store it in a refrigerator at 4℃.

Application

Used for cultivating and isolating soil microorganisms, such as Rhizobium and Agrobacterium.
