Description
This kit employs the double-antigen sandwich method to determine the level of bovine circovirus antibody (Circovirus Ab) in samples. Purified antigens are coated onto microplates to create solid-phase antigens. The coated wells are sequentially added with circovirus antibody (Circovirus Ab), followed by binding with HRP-labeled antigens to form an antigen-antibody-enzyme-labeled antigen complex. After thorough washing, the substrate TMB is added for color development. TMB is converted into a blue color under the catalysis of HRP and further transformed into a final yellow color under acidic conditions. The intensity of the color is directly proportional to the level of circovirus antibody (Circovirus Ab) in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm using a microplate reader, and the concentration of bovine circovirus antibody (Circovirus Ab) in the sample is calculated via a standard curve.
