Description
This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of human fatty acid binding protein 4 (FABP4) in specimens. Using purified human fatty acid binding protein (FABP4) antibody coated microplates, solid-phase antibodies are prepared. Fatty acid binding protein (FABP4) is sequentially added to the micropores coated with monoclonal antibodies, and then combined with HRP labeled FABP4 antibody to form an antibody antigen enzyme-linked antibody complex. After thorough washing, TMB substrate is added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with the fatty acid binding protein 4 (FABP4) in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and calculate the concentration of human fatty acid binding protein 4 (FABP4) in the sample using a standard curve.
Application
This kit is used to determine the content of fatty acid binding protein 4 (FABP4) in human serum, plasma, and related liquid samples.
Testing Scope
