Description

This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the expression of human hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in samples. The purified antibody is coated on the microplate to make a solid phase antibody, which can combine with hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in the sample. After washing, the unconjugated antigen and other components are removed, and then combined with the HRP labeled antibody to form an antibody antigen enzyme labeled antibody complex. After thorough washing, the substrate TMB is added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. Use the microplate reader to measure the absorbance (OD value) at the wavelength of 450nm and compare it with the CUTOFF value to determine whether there is human hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in the sample.
