Dextrose	20.0g
Agar	15.0g

Instructions

Weigh 46.0g of this product into 1L of distilled water or deionized water, dissolve at a low temperature, divide and sterilize at 115℃ for 30 minutes. After sterilization, shake well to prevent the agar from settling at the bottom of the vessel and solidifying. Cool to around 50℃, pour into a petri dish, and set aside.

Application

Used for counting mold and yeast.
