Instructions
Weigh 31.4g of 1L50% seawater of this product and sterilize it under high pressure at 121℃ for 15 minutes. After sterilization, shake well to prevent the agar from settling at the bottom of the vessel and solidifying. Set aside for later use.
Application
Used for the cultivation and identification of Streptomyces genus.
