Description
This kit adopts a pair of specific primers together with one specific probe targeting Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It applies real-time fluorescent PCR technology to perform in vitro amplification and detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa nucleic acid, which is used for etiological diagnosis of suspicious infectious clinical specimens.
Application
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common opportunistic pathogenic bacterium widely found in the environment, which easily causes respiratory, wound and systemic infections in humans and animals.
This kit is applicable for the detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in wound exudate, water, food, cosmetics and other samples suspected of contamination, and serves as an auxiliary diagnosis for Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections.
