Description
This kit uses TaqMan probe method for real-time fluorescence PCR technology, designs human erythroid specific primers and probes, and uses fluorescence PCR technology for in vitro amplification and detection of human erythroid DNA for pathogen diagnosis of suspected infectious materials in clinical practice.
Application
Epierythrocytic disease is a zoonotic disease caused by the infection of red blood cells (abbreviated as red blood cells). Although the infection rate of red blood cells is quite high in the population of animal husbandry areas, clinical symptoms and signs are not common. The clinical manifestations of this disease mainly include fever, anemia, diarrhea, and lymphadenopathy.
This kit is suitable for detecting human Eperythrozoon in whole blood and other samples, and is used for auxiliary diagnosis of human Eperythrozoon infection.
Specimen collection
Take 5mL of blood with a syringe and transfer it to an EDTA-2Na anticoagulant tube.
