Instructions
Weigh 42.0g of this product into 1L of distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, divide 250mL per bottle, sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent agar from settling at the bottom of the vessel and solidifying, cool to around 50℃, add 0.1g D-cycloserine per 250mL of culture medium, gently shake well, and pour onto a plate.
If necessary, 25mL of 50% yolk saline suspension can be selectively added to every 250mL of culture medium.
Application
Used for Plate Counting of Clostridium perfringens.
