Description
All bands in 50bp DNA Ladder are blunt end, which avoiding any artifacts caused by band reannealing.
The 50bp DNA Step Ladder consists of 8 DNA fragments ranging from 50bp to 500bp (50bp, 100bp, 150bp, 200bp, 250bp, 300bp, 400bp, 500bp, 550bp, the 250bp is 100ng, others are all 50ng).
The fragments may be stained with ethidium bromide and should be run on a 2% agarose gel for maximum visualization.
It is suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.
With loading buffer, ready to load.
