Description
This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of avian 30kDa cysteine protease (CP30) in specimens. Coat a microporous plate with purified avian 30kDa cysteine protease (CP30) antibody to prepare a solid-phase antibody. Add avian 30kDa cysteine protease (CP30) to the coated micropores in sequence, and then bind with HRP labeled avian 30kDa cysteine protease (CP30) antibody to form an antibody antigen enzyme-linked antibody complex. After thorough washing, add substrate TMB for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with the presence of avian 30kDa cysteine protease (CP30) in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and calculate the concentration of avian 30kDa cysteine protease (CP30) in the sample using a standard curve.
