Description
This product is a new type of nucleic acid dye. This unique oily macromolecule is not easy to volatilize, sublimate, inhale into human body, penetrate cell membrane into living cells, and has no mutagenicity under gel staining concentration. It has the characteristics of safe use, sensitive detection, etc. It can be used as a staining agent for various nucleic acid electrophoresis, and is suitable for staining of various fragment sizes. It is the perfect replacement for EB. Our company is configured with 5×DNA Loading Green (including dye), mixed with the sample, and used for spot dyeing.
