Description
This product is a 5-fold concentrated Tris Glycine SDS-PAGE protein gel electrophoresis buffer. Its main components are 125mM Tris, 1.25M glycine and 0.5% SDS. It needs to be diluted 5 times before use. Take 200mL of this product and mix it thoroughly with 800mL of deionized water, distilled water, or pure water to obtain a working solution with the main components of 25mM Tris, 250mM glycine, 0.1% SDS, and pH 8.0-8.6@25℃. It is suitable for Tris Glycine system protein gel electrophoresis.
Protocol
Take 200mL of this product and mix it thoroughly with 800 mL of deionized or distilled water to obtain a solution containing 25mM Tris, 250mM glycine, 0.1% SDS, pH 8.0-8.6@25℃ 1000mL of 1×working solution.
Note
- Please use the working fluid as soon as possible after preparation.
- This electrophoresis solution is only applicable to Tris Glycine system protein gel electrophoresis.
- This product may have crystal precipitation at low ambient temperatures, which is a normal phenomenon. It can be heated at 37℃ and mixed upside down several times. After it is completely dissolved, it can be diluted and used.
- For better electrophoresis results, it is not recommended to reuse.
