Description
The DAB color assay kit is a color assay kit that uses horseradish peroxidase (HRP) for immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, or Western blotting of samples labeled with HRP. DAB is a substrate of horseradish peroxidase (HRP), and under the catalysis of HRP, DAB produces a brown precipitate that is insoluble in water and ethanol. Therefore, after DAB coloration, alcohol soluble dyes can also be used for subsequent staining. When used for immunohistochemistry or in situ hybridization, 50μL of colorimetric solution is used for each sample, and this kit can detect a minimum of 200 samples.
